Self-Pay Screening: $65 Flat Fee
The Retina Wellness Screening is a self-pay service. The flat fee is $65 for both scans of both eyes, due at the time of scheduling. It is never billed to insurance, and no referral is needed. At your visit you will sign our Financial Policy.
If Your Screening Shows a Finding
If your screening shows something that needs attention, our office will call you and offer a separate medical visit. That visit is billed to your insurance like any other medical visit, so please bring your insurance card and photo ID at that time.
