  4. Actionable Results: A comprehensive "Retina Health Report" is sent to you and your Primary Care Physician within 48 hours.

Transparent Pricing

Medical Insurance

For patients with an established diagnosis of Diabetes or Macular Degeneration (referred or self-scheduled).

  • How it works: We bill your medical insurance for the imaging evaluation.

  • Wellness Imaging Fee: An out-of-pocket fee is collected at check-in to cover advanced Widefield/OCT imaging not covered by insurance.

  • Patient Responsibility: You are responsible for your specialist co-pay, any unmet deductible, and non-covered services. An Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) is required at check-in.

Self-Pay Wellness

For patients with High Myopia (nearsightedness), Family History of retinal detachment, or those without insurance.

  • Flat Fee: $95

  • How it works: A simple, all-inclusive price that covers your 10-minute imaging session and the specialist’s review. No insurance is billed.
